Texas at Austin
is a Professor in the Department of
Electrical Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
His primary research interests are in analog circuit design, with emphasis on RF and wireless communication applications, low-power design techniques, and techniques for improving efficiency and dynamic range in analog circuits.
He received his
Ph. D. from the University of California at Berkeley in
1995 and his B. Tech (Bachelor of Technology) from the Indian Institute
of Technology, Kharagpur, India in 1990.
He was awarded
the President of India Gold Medal at IIT Kharagpur
(1990) for academic excellence and the Berkeley Fellowship for Graduate
Study at the University of California at Berkeley (1990-1993).
